Frequently Asked
Common Questions Before You Enquire
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product category and supplier. For bulk commodities such as grains, edible oils, and sugar, typical minimum orders start at one 20ft container (approximately 20–25 MT). For chemicals and pharmaceuticals, minimums depend on the specific product. Contact us with your requirement and we will advise on minimums applicable to your specific product.
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
For standard product enquiries, we aim to respond with a preliminary quotation within 24–48 hours. For complex, multi-product, or specialised enquiries, our response time is 48–72 business hours. We will always acknowledge your enquiry promptly and provide an estimated response time if additional sourcing is required.
Do you supply halal-certified products?
Yes. ApexBridge maintains access to halal-certified suppliers across multiple product sectors — including meat and poultry, food and beverages, baby food, and applicable pharmaceutical and personal care products. Halal certification documentation (SANHA, MUI, ESMA, or equivalent) can be provided with applicable shipments. Please specify your halal requirement in your enquiry.
Which countries do you supply to?
ApexBridge supplies clients across sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and select global markets. Our primary delivery markets are within Africa and the Middle East, but we can arrange supply to most international destinations. Please include your delivery destination in your enquiry so we can confirm feasibility and provide accurate freight terms.
What payment terms do you accept?
We work with a range of payment arrangements depending on the order value, product type, and the commercial relationship with the client. Common terms include Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in advance, Letter of Credit (LC), and deferred payment arrangements for established clients. Please include your preferred payment terms in your enquiry and our team will advise on what is available for your specific requirement.
Do you provide quality inspection documentation?
Yes. ApexBridge provides full trade documentation with every shipment — including certificates of origin, certificates of analysis, pre-shipment inspection reports (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek where required), phytosanitary certificates, halal certificates, and Safety Data Sheets for chemical products. Full documentation support is a core part of our service — not an optional extra.
Can you source products not listed on your website?
In many cases, yes. Our supplier network is extensive and our sourcing capability extends beyond the products listed on this site. If you have a specific product requirement that you do not see listed, please contact us directly with the full product specification and we will advise on availability and sourcing feasibility.
How do I become a supplier to ApexBridge?
